Description

Identity Management & Access Agent

The ID Management & Access Agent is responsible for issuing and troubleshooting access issues. The agents protect data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Diligently granting/ removing access to multiple systems within required time frame.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot users’ access issues using available resources.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolutions to clients, coworkers, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Current student at the University of Memphis.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional typing skills.
  • Detailed oriented
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
