Customer Support Associate

The Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing effective telephonic customer service for all Banded customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members within their department.


BANDED was formed by a group of avid duck hunters, outdoorsmen, innovators, and product designers that joined forces after years of working in the waterfowl hunting and outdoor industry. Banded’s quest to produce better products led them around the globe in search of the finest materials and engineering processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist Banded Holdings’ in-house Call Center Customer Support team with their goal to provide best-in-class service to their customers
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding product information, specifications, service questions, package tracking and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Work with the Banded Holdings’ in-house Call Center Customer Support team to stay updated on product information, new products and be informed of changes in company policies
  • Provide quality customer service to users via phone, chat, or email by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers



  • Current student at the University of Memphis.
  • Knowledge or experience in outdoor recreation hunting or waterfowl hunting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Remote – Work from home with a quiet dedicated space.
