Description
Internal Supervisor
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hiring and training Technical Support Agents and Shift Leads.
- Ensuring Technical Support Agents and Shift Leads understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting improvements in weekly meetings with management.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management with monitoring call center goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
- Working with other supervisors, shift leads, and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
- Current stats and quality of work must be exemplary.
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week, but full-time is preferred.
- Must have worked at least 90 days and received permission to escalate.
- Leadership skills are required.
- You may be required to add to or adjust your current schedule.
- Attending weekly meetings.
The supervisor position has a starting wage of $20/hour.
